Web rewind stands are utilized when a part is die cut from the center section of a web, leaving a “ladder” pattern remaining. This scrap can then be rewound on to a Web Rewind Stand. These stands are offered in many designs. Guiding can be added to match the directional movement of our Guided Unwind Stand. A tension control feature can also be added for elastic type materials to prevent stretching. Mounting of your Web Rewind can be flexible as well. We can design the stand to be mounted above the Take-Away Conveyor or as a stand alone modular unit.
